SkedPal
SkedPal turns tasks into a time-blocked schedule using priorities, available time, and calendar events.
What SkedPal is
SkedPal turns tasks into a time-blocked schedule using priorities, available time, and calendar events. Its Outline organizes tasks, its Board helps set priorities, and its Calendar places work at preferred times. The scheduler adapts as plans change, while the Status Tracker shows current activity. SkedPal syncs calendars with Google, Office 365, and iCloud; Core supports one calendar account, while Pro supports unlimited accounts. Asana task titles, descriptions, and due dates sync in both directions, but SkedPal schedules do not sync back to Asana. Zapier can connect it with services such as Google Sheets, Slack, Trello, and Airtable, and users can email tasks to a dedicated address. Attachments larger than 2 MB are not received. The main planning experience is in the web app, with iOS and Android apps and desktop Status Tracker apps for macOS, Windows, and Linux. Core is $9.95 a month billed annually; Pro is $14.95 a month billed annually. A 14-day trial is available, with no free plan.
