This policy covers what you buy from Everything Xiaomi: listing plans, numbered places on our charts, places beside a rival, chart sponsorships, featured places, Page Protection and links in our stories. Every order goes live within two business days of payment, or you get a full refund.
When you get your money back
- You cancel before we publish or list it: a full refund.
- We cannot deliver what we agreed, for example the product cannot go on the chart you paid for: a full refund.
- We take down a monthly or yearly place for our own reason: we refund the unused part of the paid period.
- We take down a one-time (paid once) place for our own reason: we refund what you paid minus what its yearly plan would have cost for the time it was live (a twelfth of the yearly price for each month it was live), and never less than nothing.
- You were charged twice, or more than the price at checkout: we refund the extra.
When there is no refund
Once your listing, place or link is live, there is no refund, except in the cases above. A monthly or yearly plan renews until you cancel it; to stop the next renewal, write to us before it.
How to ask for a refund
Write to [email protected] with your order number. We reply within 2 business days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Chargebacks
A chargeback removes the placement.
Law
This policy is governed by the law of India. The courts of Gopalganj, Bihar have jurisdiction.
