Facilitators can use ready-made templates or import their own, then collect input through surveys, polls, quizzes, and word clouds. Yellow generates meeting reports in a format selected by the user, with plan information listing Word, Excel, and PowerPoint exports. Participants can join through a link or QR code without creating accounts; facilitators need Yellow accounts. The service works in desktop and mobile browsers without a download and includes diagramming tools and guest editing. Its free plan costs nothing subscription, allows one saved meeting, and includes all activities.
