Tactic is a workplace management platform for desk and room reservations, visitors, workplace requests, space management, and analytics. Desk booking supports flexible or assigned seating, team neighborhoods, booking rules, and coordination of in-office schedules. Room reservations synchronize in both directions with Outlook and Google Calendar. Visitor tools handle invitations, check-in, and host notifications. Teams can submit location-linked facilities, IT, meeting-services, and move requests, then track ownership, priority, comments, and status. Workplace insights cover reservations, attendance, check-ins, and utilization. Tessa, a conversational assistant, helps people find spaces and explore workplace information through natural-language requests. Tactic runs on web, Android, and iOS.
