Superlist

What Superlist is

Superlist is a task and list app for organizing personal work and shared plans. It runs on Android, iOS, macOS, and the web, with offline access on mobile and web. Tasks can recur, carry reminders, include subtasks, and sync with a calendar. The Free plan is free forever and includes unlimited tasks and notes, up to five private and shared lists, and up to five people in shared lists. It also includes 25MB uploads and 500MB of storage. Basic costs $5 a month and provides unlimited lists and team members, 100MB uploads, and 25GB of storage. Super costs $21 a month and includes unlimited AI Meeting Notes and AI Chat messages. Superlist is made by Superlist, headquartered in Berlin, Germany. The free tier covers ongoing task and note use, while paid plans raise list, member, upload, and storage allowances or add the listed AI features. Its combination of reminders, calendar sync, subtasks, and shared lists supports both individual planning and coordination with others.
