What MRI Angus is

MRI Angus is a web-based modular suite for real estate building operations, serving owners, operators, and occupiers. Its modules cover tenant requests, maintenance, visitor security, insurance tracking, communications, and resource reservations. Tenants can submit and track requests through a mobile-friendly branded portal, while a touchscreen directory can display tenant lists, floor plans, news, events, and amenities. Preventive Maintenance supports schedules, asset data, maintenance history, and work-order dispatch and management. Visitor Security handles registrations, notifications, photos, badge printing, mobile barcodes, and access-card activation or deactivation. The Certificate of Insurance feature manages tenant and vendor certificates. Notify & Response sends targeted two-way messages across multiple channels and tracks replies in real time from desktop or mobile. Dashboards, analytics, and reporting support operational decisions. MRI says the suite integrates with real estate and corporate systems, with categories including leasing and accounting, access control, building automation, facilities management, SSO, HR, websites, and energy management.
