What Bizimply is

Bizimply provides workforce management tools for scheduling, time and attendance, HR, payroll preparation, and team communication. It serves hospitality, retail, and other shift-based businesses across the UK and Ireland. Scheduling tools include costed rotas, shift copying, labour cost visibility, and staffing forecasts. Employees can clock in with a PIN, GPS, or photo verification; the TimeStation also supports tablet clock-ins with PIN and photo capture. The MyZimply app lets staff check schedules, request time off, view shift logs, message teammates, update profiles, and clock in or out. Listed integrations include ADP, Xero, Sage, Toast, Lightspeed, and ICRTouch, among other payroll, point-of-sale, training, and hiring partners. Bizimply says customer data is stored in the EU using AWS, and describes TLS network protection and AES-256 encryption for stored data. It offers Help Centre, webinar, phone, and email support access; one-on-one onboarding is an option. Pricing depends on employee and location counts and products purchased, and requires a quote. There is no free plan.
