POCO’s official global specifications list the POCO F5 in two configurations, and both include 256GB of storage: 8GB+256GB and 12GB+256GB. This confirms the listed global configurations, but does not establish that both are available in every market; local availability may vary.
POCO F5 storage configurations
POCO lists LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage for the standard F5. The two configurations differ in RAM, while the listed storage capacity remains 256GB.
| Model | RAM | Listed storage | Memory and storage type |
|---|---|---|---|
| POCO F5 | 8GB | 256GB | LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage |
| POCO F5 | 12GB | 256GB | LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage |
These are nominal capacities. POCO notes that usable RAM and storage are lower because the operating system and pre-installed software use some space.
POCO F5 and F5 Pro are different models
The 256GB configuration statement applies to the standard POCO F5, not every phone in the F5 series. POCO’s official F5 Pro specifications separately list a 12GB+512GB option. Compare the exact model and market configuration before buying.

What to check before buying
- Confirm the listing is for the standard POCO F5 or the F5 Pro.
- Check the RAM and storage configuration stated by the seller, and verify that it is offered in your region.
- Allow for the fact that usable storage will be less than the nominal capacity because system software occupies space.
POCO lists an adapter, USB Type-C cable, and protective case among the F5 package contents. Check the local package listing and contents before buying replacement accessories.
