What WeProof is

WeProof is a web-based review and approval platform for creative agencies working with business clients. Teams can review work internally before sharing it with clients, while keeping internal comments hidden. It supports PDFs, images, video, and audio, including MP4, MOV, MP3, WAV, and AAC files. Comments can be pinned to a precise location, video frame, or audio timestamp. Reviewers use personal invitation links without creating accounts, and each reviewer can approve a round or request changes. Side-by-side version comparison shows differences between rounds. Free includes two team-member seats, one project, 5 GB of storage, and unlimited reviewers. Paid plans are billed yearly: Starter is €29/mo, Studio is €99/mo, and Agency is €199/mo. Studio and Agency include priority support and PDF reports of comments, annotations, and reviewer decisions; extra team members cost €10 per seat per month on those plans. WeProof says data is hosted in the European Union, including Frankfurt infrastructure, and is GDPR compliant by design.
