VSight Workflow converts paper-based standard operating procedures, checklists, and maintenance procedures into interactive guides for industrial field technicians. Teams build step-by-step instructions in a drag-and-drop editor using text, images, voice, video, and checklists. Conditional branches can change instructions based on a user’s responses. Technicians can complete workflows offline and submit them after reconnecting. Completed tasks can go for approval with a digital signature, and VSight describes the process as traceable. Steps can capture photos and videos, and completed workflows can produce summary reports. The product includes version history, completion tracking, advanced access controls, and publishing across multiple channels. Listed integrations include Azure Active Directory, single sign-on, Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho, and cloud storage services.
