What Parthenon is
Parthenon is a constituent relationship management and communications platform for elected officials, available on Android, iOS, and web. Its Reach product sends newsletters, alerts, press releases, and SMS from one platform. Nexus brings constituent records, an inbox, messaging, and casework management together. Nexus also offers an Outlook add-in that checks constituent residency, generates AI-enabled responses, and summarizes past interactions; the add-in is approved for Microsoft 365. A mobile app supports capturing constituent interactions in the field in real time. Parthenon lists city councils, county commissions, school boards, state legislatures, and the U.S. Congress among its customers. The Reach 1k plan costs $19 a month, billed monthly, and covers up to 1,000 contacts with one user license; a .gov email is required. SMS is a paid add-on with platform fees and usage-based credits, and sending requires registering a 10DLC number with the FCC. Parthenon Labs says it is SOC 2 Type 2 certified.
