Customers or sales representatives can record a walkthrough, including offline, and its AI creates a room-by-room inventory with cubic footage, cartons, and special handling details. The platform supports lead management, estimates, dispatching, crew workflows, invoicing, payments, payroll, QR inventories, and warehouse management. Integrations include Google Calendar and Maps, Zillow, Mailchimp, Gmail and Google Workspace, lead providers, QuickBooks Online, Remedy Payments, Stripe, and TechmateInternational. Movegistics serves companies handling local, long-distance, storage, freight, commercial, international, piano, senior-assisted, and antique moves. It offers AI Survey Packs with 25, 50, 100, or 150 surveys per month and a Full CRM plan that adds dispatching, crew tools, invoicing and payments, QuickBooks, QR inventories, warehouse features, and advanced permissions. Pricing is available on request; there is no free plan or trial. Text messaging is $50 per 1,000 messages, with month-to-month billing and 30-day expiration.
