Kanbanote is a kanban tool for organizing work on boards, available through the web and an Android app. Its Free plan costs nothing and provides one board, with a maximum of one tag per list. The Premium monthly plan costs $4.50 a month, billed monthly, and includes unlimited boards, multi-tag support for lists, no advertisements, and priority on Kanbanote team support. Premium yearly costs $40 a year, billed annually, with the same listed features. The service therefore offers a small free workspace or expanded capacity through either paid term. The central difference is board and tagging limits: free users stay within one board and one tag per list, while Premium removes the board cap and allows multiple tags. Both paid options also remove advertisements and provide priority support. Kanbanote runs on the web and Android, making it available for browser use and Android mobile access.
