HOA Hub gives volunteer boards a web-based place to manage community finances, documents, requests, and communications. It is built for self-managed HOAs and condo, townhome, and single-family communities. Residents can pay dues, RSVP to events, submit requests, search documents, and contact the board; EasyAsk AI answers questions using the community’s governing documents. Accounting tools include a double-entry general ledger, reports, budgets, bank reconciliation, and accounts payable. Financial data can be exported in QuickBooks-ready format, CSV, OFX, or IIF. Online card and ACH payments are handled by Stripe. HOA Hub lists card processing at 3.9% + $0.30 and ACH at 0.8%, up to $5, and says online payments also have a 1% platform fee; manual payment entry is free. Communities can import properties, residents, and contacts by CSV, and the maker says most complete required setup in under 30 minutes. Support includes weekday phone service, email, and a searchable help center. The plan for up to 25 units costs $35 a month, billed $420 annually, and includes all features and unlimited users, documents, requests, events, and surveys.
