Hamlet
Hamlet is a flexible-space management platform for operators, landlords and developers.
What Hamlet is
Hamlet is a flexible-space management platform for operators, landlords and developers. It brings bookings, billing, member services and reporting together for coworking, serviced and flexible offices, shared kitchens, health spaces, coliving, co-warehousing, storage and parking. Members and guests can reserve rooms, desks and other resources based on live availability; guests can book and pay without an account. Billing handles recurring charges, payment collection, receipts, failed-payment retries and overdue reminders, with Xero sync. Members can use a portal or the iOS and Android apps for bookings, invoices, check-in, community features, direct messages and push notifications. Reports cover utilisation, revenue and debtors by site and across portfolios, with scheduled email delivery and CSV export. Plans are priced by location and include unlimited members, subject to fair use at unusually large single sites. Hamlet Base costs A$350 a month, and Plus costs A$595 a month; prices exclude GST. Every plan includes self-led setup, a free simple migration and support. Hamlet was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Australia.
