Form Approvals converts Google Forms submissions into approval workflows. It supports sequential or parallel review, conditional routing, dynamic recipients, roles and quorum approvals. Its AI workflow builder can create form fields, question types and routing based on a natural-language description. Approvers can respond with one-click email approvals, and notifications can use personalized templates with attachments. Approval records are written to the spreadsheet linked to a form, where submission data also remains; configuration and metadata are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the United States. The free plan allows 20 responses per month and one admin user. Individual costs $96 a year for up to 100 monthly responses, while Team costs $600 a year for up to 1,000. When a plan reaches its monthly response allowance, the add-on deactivates; paid-plan forms stop accepting responses until the next cycle or an additional allowance is purchased.
