Forge SOP is a Windows desktop tool for manufacturing engineers creating standard work in the TWI Job Instruction style. Its editor structures procedures around Important Steps, Key Points, and Reasons, with eight step types that include instructions, cautions, inspections, flowcharts, and annotated images. Local AI can check steps for clarity and completeness, or draft steps from FMEA control measures for inline acceptance or rejection.
