File Approved is a web service for creative professionals to share files through review links and collect feedback and approvals. It supports video, PDF, audio, image, Office, and code files with native viewers. Reviewers can leave timecoded comments on video and audio, and annotate video frames and images. Each approval creates a timestamped certificate recording the reviewer, approval time, file name, and version number. When a user uploads a new version, earlier feedback and revision history remain available. Clients can review through a link without creating an account or downloading an app; password-protected links and account-required reviews are available on every plan. The Free plan costs nothing, requires no credit card, and includes one active review link with 10 GB of storage. Pro costs $25 a month and adds unlimited active review links, 5 TB of storage, multi-file approvals, ZIP downloads, custom branding, and email notifications for approvals or revision requests. An Engineering & Architecture add-on costs +$29/mo and includes DWG, DXF, and Revit viewing, layer management, submittal review workflow, and drawing stamps.
