Cloudflare Web Analytics helps website owners review page usage and performance metrics in a dashboard. It reports hostnames, URLs, countries, status codes, and other measures, with filters and time-range exploration. Performance views include Core Web Vitals: Largest Contentful Paint, Interaction to Next Paint, and Cumulative Layout Shift, with URL filters and a debug view. Metrics can be collected through a JavaScript beacon in visitors’ browsers or at Cloudflare edge servers for sites proxied through Cloudflare. Non-proxied sites need a JavaScript snippet; proxied sites can collect without adding site code. Cloudflare says the service does not use cookies or localStorage for usage metrics and does not fingerprint people through IP addresses or User-Agent strings. It is available on all Cloudflare plans. Non-proxied sites may track up to 10 websites, while proxied sites have no stated site limit; aggregate dashboard viewing is capped at 1,000 websites at once. Rules apply only to proxied sites, and the Free plan has zero rules.
