AllisWell
AllisWell combines tasks, projects, notes, files, calendars, and reminders in one app.
What AllisWell is
AllisWell combines tasks, projects, notes, files, calendars, and reminders in one app. It supports recurring tasks, subtasks, and reminders that can sound through Silent mode and Focus and continue until acknowledged. Google Calendar sync works in both directions, while Apple Calendar integration is one-way on the current release. The app is described as offline-first, with a local database on each platform, and offline access is listed for web and mobile. It runs on web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android, with API access and personal self-hosting available. Users can create a personal API key for tasks, notes, projects, files, and reminders. AI tools remain off until enabled, use the user’s own provider key or a Claude or ChatGPT subscription, and wait for a tap before suggesting; the maker says they have no write access. Personal self-hosting is free and can start with one Docker Compose command. AllisWell is single-user today and has no interface for inviting collaborators. A free personal-use and self-hosting plan is listed as free; commercial use requires a licence.

Who it suits
AllisWell suits individuals wanting tasks, notes, files, reminders, and calendar sync across desktop and mobile platforms. It also fits users who prefer offline-first use or personal self-hosting.
Verdict
AllisWell offers a broad personal productivity workspace with offline operation, strong reminder behavior, and optional self-hosting. Its current single-user design and calendar-sync differences matter for people expecting collaboration or identical integrations.
