Xiaomi just launched its newest flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 14, in China today. The Xiaomi 14 is poised to succeed the outgoing Xiaomi 13, bringing an array of fresh hardware and software features to the table. The most prominent upgrade on this device includes a 1.5K OLED panel, along with the recently announced Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC.
Xiaomi 14 Specifications
The Xiaomi 14 features a 6.3-inch 1.5K resolution LTPO OLED display, boasting a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and minimal bezels. The handset comes powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, coupled with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS4.0 storage.
In the camera department, the Xiaomi 14 features a triple-camera setup on the rear, anchored by a 50MP Omnivision primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50MP 3.2X telephoto camera. For all selfie and video call needs, it boasts a 32MP front-facing camera.
Other notable features include dual 5G, 4G connectivity, NFC, WiFi6E, the brand-new Xiaomi HyperOS based on Android 14, an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, an IR sensor, and a 4,610mAh battery with support for both 90W wired and 50W wireless charging.

The Xiaomi 14 comes in an elegant array of color options, including Midnight Black, White, Rock Green, and Snow Mountain Pink. It is competitively priced, with the base model (8GB + 256GB) available at 3,999 yuan (approximately INR 45,800), the 12GB + 256GB variant at 4,299 yuan (approximately INR 49,300), the 16GB + 512GB model at 4,599 yuan (approximately INR 52,400), and the top-tier 16GB + 1TB model at 4,999 yuan (approximately INR 56,900).
