What Toolero is

Toolero is rental and equipment tracking software for managing reservations, checkouts, returns, deposits, and invoices. Equipment records can include serial numbers, QR codes, photos, status, purchase details, location, and item history. Its calendar checks reservation dates for conflicts and can convert a booking into an active rental. Rates can be set hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly, with discounts, seasonal rules, add-on services, and late-return penalties. Return records can include condition photos, notes, signatures, and manager review. Toolero also schedules maintenance, repairs, calibrations, and inspections with dates, costs, and service history. In Poland, it can submit invoices to the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) and retrieve status and receipts. Records can be exchanged through CSV, and equipment can be imported from Excel. The software runs in a browser on phones, tablets, and computers, with a PWA option for a device home screen. Tool limits apply: once exceeded, users cannot add tools, though existing tools continue to work.
