Sysrev
Sysrev is a data curation and systematic evidence review platform for researchers and collaborative teams.
What Sysrev is
Sysrev is a data curation and systematic evidence review platform for researchers and collaborative teams. Projects can handle PDFs, title-and-abstract pairs, plain text, or structured JSON, with support for screening and full-text analysis. Reviewers can extract Boolean, categorical, string, and tabular data. Records can be sourced through built-in PubMed and OpenAlex search, imported from RIS, BibTeX, EndNote XML, JSON, or Markdown files, or added as PDFs and PubMed IDs. Project data exports to EndNote XML, Excel, or Parquet. The Auto-labeler uses generative AI to suggest labels and provides a report for comparing automated suggestions with human labeling. Runs require project funds, with cost varying by record count, labels, content type, and model. Basic is free and includes unlimited public projects and reviewers. Premium costs $50 per member / month and includes private projects, analytics, Auto Labeler, and Group Labels. Premium and Enterprise users can access a REST API. Sysrev says customer data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and AWS Key Management Service customer-managed keys.
