What Starlog is

Starlog is a receipt scanner and expense tracker for small businesses, available on Android and iOS. It reads receipt details and uses on-device OCR to fill in the store, amount and date. Users can group receipts into reports with category breakdowns, then export a ZIP with XLSX data and receipt images. The homepage also describes structured voucher exports for direct import into Tally. Teammates can submit receipts for the owner to review and approve without a per-seat fee. Images are stored in year-and-month folders in the user's Google Drive account; Starlog says it accesses only the receipt folder it creates, and Drive can be disconnected in settings. The free plan covers one company, with unlimited receipts for six months from the first receipt, then 30 approved receipts per month. Unlimited Receipts costs $1.99 per month for one company; other plans cover multiple companies or one-time receipt packs. Account deletion can be requested in the app or by email, with requests handled within 30 days.
