Starfish is a web platform for colleges and universities to coordinate student-success work and provide timely interventions. Its Early Alert, Scheduling, and Case Management tools help staff identify and track students, engage them, and connect them with resources suited to their needs. Operational Analytics gives faculty and staff data for proactive advising, while Strategic Analytics helps focus actions on student groups identified by risk factors and provides dashboards for reported data. Degree Planning supports academic pathways with off-track notifications and information institutions can use to anticipate course demand. Starfish also supports cohort management throughout the student journey. EAB provides partners with implementation help, staff training, update management, and change-management guidance through a dedicated Strategic Leader familiar with each institution. Partners can join the nationwide Student Success Collaborative to share strategies with peers. EAB directs prospective customers to contact its team or request a demo rather than listing a price. Its Trust Center provides access to security information and documentation, and lists TX-RAMP Level 2 certification, role-based access controls, single sign-on support, and multi-factor authentication among its security topics.
