Sortd turns Gmail conversations into a visual workflow for teams, assigning each conversation an owner, status and deadline. Teams can use shared inboxes such as support@, sales@, orders@ and accounts@ without moving mail to a different mailbox. Emails can be dragged into board lanes, which teams can rename and customize with workflows, statuses, colours and fields. Views include Kanban, table, deadline, day-planner and message, although Starter includes only Kanban and Planner views.
Sortd also offers Google Calendar, Google Drive and Zapier integrations, along with iOS and Android apps and a Gmail mobile add-on.
