What Sociabble is

Sociabble is now the Poppulo Experience Platform, combining employee communications, intranet, advocacy, recognition, AI-powered knowledge, and digital signage. It is designed for desk-based and frontline employees, including workers without a corporate email address. Its mobile app supports targeted feeds and push notifications, along with likes, comments, topic opt-ins, chats, recognition, rewards, and analytics. One-to-one and group chats can include up to 1,000 participants, and the app has a semi-offline mode for limited connectivity. The platform can distribute content through Teams, SharePoint, Viva, and Outlook, and make SharePoint documents available in its mobile-first repository. It connects third-party tools through APIs and MCP servers, with ServiceNow, Workday, and Salesforce among the named examples. Poppulo says its security framework aligns with ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, and ISO/IEC 42001; product-specific certifications apply where relevant. It says data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest using AES 256 by default. Pricing is tailored to requirements, including network size, support, services, and hardware. The company says the product, roadmap, team, and existing customer support contacts remain the same after the name change.
