Staff can submit requests through the web or email, route them to supervisors, and record approvals or disapprovals with electronic signatures and time-stamped activity logs. The system covers requests for quotation, change orders, receiving, vendor invoices, and blanket purchase orders. Line items can be assigned to projects, account codes, cost centers, and capital budgets for budget-versus-actual tracking. Organizations can configure approval workflows by purchase type, department, spending limit, and capital-item cycle. A vendor database fills address and contact details into purchase orders, which can be faxed, emailed, or exported as Word documents or PDFs. Reporting through Tracker Data Warehouse covers submitted, ordered, received, and paid purchases.
