What Pleasy is

Pleasy is an open-source web platform for project management, resource planning, and time tracking, described as designed for consulting teams and software houses. It supports fixed-price and Time & Materials work across estimation, planning, time entry, and reporting. Teams can estimate effort by project phase, then turn an approved estimate into a project with its activities and budget imported automatically. Gantt and timeline views support task assignment, dates, and progress tracking; the dashboard adds real-time KPIs, budget tracking, and a project overview. Users submit weekly timesheets and can review their submission history. Pleasy compares planned with actual hours and offers configurable templates for reconciling data with external systems. It also includes time-off planning with calendar integration, capacity planning, and skills matching. Access is organized into Admin, Project Manager, and User roles, and company data is isolated by company_id. The interface is available in Italian and English. Pleasy is free, and its site offers a demo whose data resets every night.
