What Kwitly is

Kwitly is a web app for capturing, organizing, and reporting business receipts for freelancers, employees, and independent professionals. Users can photograph receipts or forward invoice emails to a personal Kwitly address. Its OCR extracts merchant, amount, date, and VAT, reads receipts in any language, and processes PDF invoices; extracted details may be wrong, so users should review them before saving or sharing reports. Expenses can be filed into searchable categories such as transport, meals, conferences, and equipment. Monthly reports can include receipt images in a PDF, a CSV, and category and VAT breakdowns, and can be emailed to an accountant or manager. The free plan includes unlimited receipts and photos, OCR, invoice forwarding, a monthly report dashboard, CSV export, support for ILS, USD, EUR, and GBP, and two free PDF or email reports. Kwitly Pro costs $5 a month, billed monthly with cancellation anytime, and adds unlimited PDF reports and report emails, priority support, and early access to new features. Teams pricing is on request and adds department assignments, shared categories, approvals, filters, and Oracle WebADI export. Accounting sync is not supported.
