HeroMed is web-based practice management software for medical and allied-health clinicians, bringing scheduling, patient records, clinical notes, billing, and AI tools together. AI Scribe drafts structured consultation notes and supports ICD-10 coding, but a practitioner must review, correct, and sign each note. Practices can connect WhatsApp to the diary and patient records through the official WhatsApp Business API, using a dedicated practice number in their Twilio account. A private iCal feed can be viewed in Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar, but calendar changes do not sync back into HeroMed. Every plan includes a 14-day trial with full access and no credit card required. Solo is $49 a month for one user and 1,500 monthly AI credits; Team is $99 a month for two to five users and 3,000 credits. Credits refresh monthly and do not roll over.
