Fleetio is a cloud-based platform for tracking vehicles and managing fleet operations. It keeps asset details such as registration reminders, warranties, telematics data, documents, and notes, and can schedule preventive maintenance by mileage, operating hours, or time intervals. Digital work orders follow labor, parts, and progress, while inspection forms can support offline use, photos, comments, alerts, and automated workflows. Fleetio also connects with telematics, GPS, fuel cards, tolls, and accounting systems, and provides a public REST API with more than 130 endpoints.
