FitBoat is a paid management platform for yoga studios, covering class schedules, memberships, attendance, instructors, payments, and student engagement. Studios can create classes, set capacity, assign instructors, manage waitlists, and offer recurring sessions with session-based plans. Member profiles can include subscription details, attendance and payment history, health notes, and communications. Payment tools support Razorpay, UPI, cards, and wallets, along with GST invoices, receipts, payment links, dues, and partial payments. The branded student app for iOS and Android supports booking, schedules, membership details, QR check-in, and push notifications. Staff tools track instructor schedules, hours, and attendance, with payroll options based on salary, per-class rate, or commission. Reports cover revenue, occupancy, retention, churn, instructor performance, and class popularity. Studios with multiple branches can use role-based views and a branch overview from one login. FitBoat lists integrations including WhatsApp Business API, Zoom, Google Calendar, Zapier, and a REST API. It has no free plan, but offers a seven-day trial without requiring a credit card.
