Dynamics ATS is a recruiting platform that combines candidate relationship management, applicant tracking, automation and reporting for staffing firms, executive search organizations and corporate talent teams. It manages candidates, clients, jobs and placements through configurable workflows, dashboards and reports. Search options include semantic search, Boolean queries, keywords, tags, relevancy scoring and distance radius. Automation can score and route candidates, send emails and create tasks, generate recruiting content, parse resumes and suggest candidate matches. The product also supports candidate databases, client management, placement and timesheet tracking, invoicing and a candidate portal. It is delivered as a managed solution installed in a Dynamics 365 or Dataverse environment, and recruiting data remains in the customer’s Microsoft tenant. Listed integrations include Teams, Outlook, Power BI, LinkedIn, Indeed, DocuSign, ZoomInfo and ADP. The annual license includes standard support, product updates, bug fixes and new versions; licensed users can access unlimited training. Pricing is on request and varies with users, Microsoft licensing, support, services and implementation scope.
