What ClaroCal is

ClaroCal is a web-based daily planner that turns tasks into time-blocked Google Calendar events. Add a task title and duration, and it places the work in available calendar time. When your schedule changes, ClaroCal can replan those blocks. Two-way Google Calendar synchronization reflects changes made in either application, with hourly updates on Essential, every 15 minutes on Plus, and every 5 minutes on Power. Multiple calendars and natural-language planning input are supported. Essential includes one reusable booking link; Plus and Power provide unlimited links. Plus adds calendar insights, while Power adds SMS morning briefings, two-way text, proactive insights, and priority support. Plans are $6 a month for Essential, $10 a month for Plus, and $16 a month for Power. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. ClaroCal requires a Google Calendar account and runs in a browser; an iPhone app is described as coming soon. ClaroCal says it does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or AI model training.
