Pro costs $39 a month and includes 10 agents, 20 sources, up to 50 sub-pages per source, 10,000 messages per month, and 1080-day retention. These plan limits help distinguish the tiers by bot capacity, knowledge sources, message volume, and retention period. ChatterMate also lists 1,000 included conversations as a product fact; its plan allowances are separately specified in monthly messages.
