What Browserless is
Browserless provides managed headless browser sessions for automation through a web service, with a self-hosted option. It connects with Puppeteer and Playwright over WebSocket and offers REST APIs for screenshots, PDFs, scraping and content extraction. BrowserQL provides GraphQL-based automation. Sessions can persist and reconnect, and listed capabilities also include stealth mode, CAPTCHA solving and browser endpoints by region. Integrations include n8n, Zapier, Browser Use, Vercel AI SDK, LangChain and MCP. The service is open source and supports cloud execution; help is available through email, chat, community and documentation. A free plan is available with 1,000 units per month, two concurrent browsers, sessions of up to two minutes, one day of persisted session and replay storage, and an eight-hour log search window. Higher listed plans increase usage, browser concurrency, maximum session length, persisted storage and log search windows.
