Smart costs $20 a month when billed on an annual plan. It includes everything in Core plus two-day rent deposits, advanced automations, priority support, and shared access. It fits operators who value faster access to funds or need those additional capabilities; landlords satisfied with standard processing have less reason to take on the annual commitment.
