Appointlet

What Appointlet is

Appointlet is a web scheduling tool for publishing booking pages and coordinating meetings. It supports two-way calendar sync, group bookings, round-robin scheduling and routing, automated reminders, and payment collection. The Free plan is free and includes 5 members, 25 meetings per month, and 1 scheduling page. The listed Premium plan costs $12 a month when billed monthly and includes automated reminders, manual booking confirmation, payment collection, Zapier, webhooks, and the option to remove Appointlet branding. Enterprise includes priority customer support, quarterly account reviews, and advanced security measures, with no price listed. The combination of booking pages and calendar syncing supports meeting coordination, while group and round-robin options cover different booking formats and assignment approaches. Plan limits and billing terms are worth checking against the size and needs of a scheduling team.
