Xiaomi has officially launched its highly-anticipated flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 14 Pro in China. The new Xiaomi 14 Pro is a significant upgrade over the last year’s model, the Xiaomi 13 Pro. The highlight of the Xiaomi 14 Pro is the introduction of a cutting-edge 2K OLED panel boasting a dazzling 3,000nits peak brightness, along with the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC.

The Xiaomi 14 Pro features a 6.73-inch 2K resolution LTPO OLED display with a silky smooth 120Hz refresh rate, with minimal bezels providing an immersive visual experience. The display offers impressive specifications, including a remarkable 3,000nits peak brightness, a 1,920Hz PWM rating, Dolby Vision certification, and more. Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS4.0 storage.

In terms of photography, the Xiaomi 14 Pro boasts a sophisticated triple-camera system on the rear, led by a 50MP Omnivision primary sensor with OIS and stepless variable aperture, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50MP 3.2X telephoto camera. The phone gets a front-facing 32MP camera for selfies and video calls. Xiaomi has made a noteworthy enhancement in the camera department by incorporating premium Leica Summilux lenses.

Other notable features of the Xiaomi 14 Pro include dual 5G and 4G connectivity, NFC, WiFi6E, the all-new Xiaomi HyperOS based on Android 14, an IP68 rating, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, IR sensor, and a 4,880mAh battery with support for both 120W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.

The Xiaomi 14 Pro is available in an array of sophisticated color options, including Black, White, and Rock Green. The pricing is as follows: 4,999 yuan (approximately INR 56,900) for the 12GB + 256GB model, 5,499 yuan (approximately INR 63,100) for the 16GB + 512GB model, and 5,999 yuan (approximately INR 68,300) for the top-tier 16GB + 1TB configuration.

The phone also comes in a special Titanium Edition that is priced at 6499 yuan (approximately INR 79,900) with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage.
