Redmi Note 10 series Globally adds two new models

Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi announced the new Redmi Note 10 series Globally just a few days back. While Indian market got three models, the regular Note 10, Note 10 Pro, and the Note 10 Pro Max. The European markets got four phones – the Redmi Note 10, Redmi Note 10S, Redmi Note 10 Pro, and the Redmi Note 10 5G.

Starting off with the Note 10S, the phone has a 6.43-inch AMOLED DotDisplay with a 60Hz refresh rate. Instead of a Qualcomm chipset, it is powered by the MediaTek Helio G95 SoC. The phone at the time of launch will be available in three configurations, 6/64GB, 6/128GB, and 8/128GB RAM and storage.

The Redmi Note 10S has a 64MP main camera on the back and it comes along with an 8MP ultrawide angle camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. It also has a 13MP selfie camera. t also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, z-axis motor, and more. There is a 5000mAh battery inside the phone with support for 33W fast charging. Pricing for this model starts at $229.

Next up is the Redmi Note 10 5G, which has a 6.5-inch 90Hz FHD+ AdaptiveSync LCD display with a centered punch hole. It is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 700 processor and comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of storage. There is a 48MP primary camera, a 2MP depth camera, and a 2MP macro camera. The phone also gets an 8MP selfie camera.

The battery capacity here to remains at 5,000mAh but the fast charging speeds have been dropped down to 18W. The phone is available in Aurora Green, Chrome Silver, Graphite Gray, and Nighttime Blue with a starting price of $199.

The Global Redmi Note 10 is similar to what we get in the Indian market. The phone packs a 6.43-inch sAMOLED panel and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 678 SoC. The phone also gets a 48MP main camera on the back and it comes along with an 8MP ultrawide angle camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. Unlike the Indian version that comes in just two configurations – 4/64GB and 6/128GB, the global version adds a third 4/128GB configuration.

The Global Redmi Note 10 Pro is the same phone that has been launched in India as Redmi Note 10 Pro Max. There is a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED display with a 240Hz touch sampling rate. Running the show is the Snapdragon 732G processor with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage.

The Redmi Note 10 Pro runs MIUI 12 based on Android 11. The rear quad camera module includes a 108MP wide-angle camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 5MP telemacro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. There is a 16MP selfie camera on the front. other features are a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, AI Face Unlock, Multifunctional NFC, stereo speakers, IR blaster, an IP53 waterproof rating, a 5020mAh battery, and support for 33W fast charging.
