We saw the specs and pricing leak for the upcoming POCO X3 Pro and now POCO India has confirmed the launch date. The Indian arm of the brand made the announcement via their social media channels today.
As per the announcement graphics, the POCO X3 Pro will be making its debut in India on March 30th. The phone is expected to fill the gap left by the POCO F1. This new POCO phone will sport a 6.67-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, we will see a new Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 4G chip that has still not been launched.
The Snapdragon 860 is slated to be based on the Snapdragon 855+ platform with minor improvements and the lack of a built-in 5G modem. the POCO X3 Pro will be available in three colors Blue, Black, Bronze, and come in the 6GB RAM/128GB and 8GB RAM/256GB flavor. The starting price of the phone is being tipped at €269 which is amazing given the spec sheet.
Other specs include a 5,020mAh battery, 33W fast charging, a quad-camera setup on the rear, and a 16MP selfie shooter on the front. Given the €269 EU pricing, expect the phone to be priced at INR 21,000 for the base variant. At this price point, the phone will be a headache for both Realme and Redmi who are already working to capture the mid-range segment.
