POCO has scheduled a global launch for a new smartphone due to happen on November 9th. It is said that the brand will announce the Poco M4 Pro 5G next month.
The details are still murkier about the smartphone, except for the name which has been confirmed by the Poco Global team. Just a few days back, a geekbench listing popped up for the phone, giving us a hint about the RAM configuration and processor info. From the look of it, the phone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G SoC along with up to 8GB RAM.
Like with the previous M3 Pro, Poco is targeting a wide userbase, and we might see the phone launch in at least three RAM and memory configurations. For now, it seems like the launch will be restricted to a handful of markets in Europe followed by a wider launch sometime next year.
There are also rumors which suggest that Poco M4 Pro might actually be a rebranded Redmi Note 11 which has been launched in China. We will get more clarity on this as the launch nears.
