In the days leading up to the anticipated September 1 unveiling, images of the purported Xiaomi 13T Pro have emerged online, courtesy of a leak from MySmartPrice and credited to informant Kacper Skrzypek. This follows Redmi’s recent launch of the Redmi K60 Ultra smartphone in China, with a modified version of the device expected to enter the global market soon under the moniker Xiaomi 13T Pro.
The rendered images reveal a design reminiscent of the K60 Ultra, featuring a flat back and edges. The camera module showcases similarities as well, though a distinctive feature of the 13T Pro is the presence of Leica branding, absent on the K60 Ultra.
Among the revealed renderings are two color options: Black and a light blue variant. The black rendition appears to integrate a glass back, while the blue option adopts a vegan leather back. Additionally, the images illustrate the placement of the power and volume buttons on the right edge, while the bottom edge houses a speaker grille, a USB Type-C port, and a SIM card slot.
The rumored specifications of the Xiaomi 13T Pro are as follows:
Display: A 6.67-inch OLED panel boasting 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate.
Camera Configuration: Anchored by a Sony IMX707 50 MP primary camera, supplemented by a 13 MP OmniVision OV13B ultra-wide camera and an OV50D 50 MP telephoto camera. The front houses a 20 MP Sony IMX596 camera.
Processing Power: Anticipated use of the Dimensity 9200 Plus chip, potentially providing up to 16 GB of high-speed RAM and an impressive 1 TB of storage.
Noteworthy Features: The inclusion of an under-screen fingerprint sensor, dual stereo speakers, an X-axis linear motor, and a robust body certified with IP68 water and dust resistance.
These revelations come as the Xiaomi 13T Pro positions itself for an unveiling that could potentially transpire on September 1, with the device potentially offering notable differentiators from the K60 Ultra model.
