Use an authorized source, separate or rebuild its musical parts, replace the vocal with a consented voice, and keep a record of the permissions and platform terms before publishing. On a Xiaomi, Redmi, or POCO phone, the most practical route is a web workflow: separate a legally usable track with LALAL.AI, create or adjust an instrumental with InsMelo AI Beat Maker, then make the new vocal with a voice tool whose consent and commercial rules you can satisfy.
Before You Remake Any Track
A remake can contain several separate rights questions: the recording you upload, the composition and lyrics, the voice used for conversion or cloning, and the finished recording. Use music you created, music licensed for this use, or a recording for which you have permission. Keep the permission, licence, source file, date, and intended use in a note on your phone.

Spotify said in September 2025 that vocal impersonation is allowed only when the impersonated artist authorises it, and that it supports DDEX AI disclosures in credits. In August 2026, it announced an “AI Persona” badge for artist identities that may be AI-generated. Step-By-Step AI Remake Workflow
- Write a rights brief. Record the source owner, the permission covering AI processing, the voice owner’s consent, and whether the release is personal or commercial. If any item is missing, keep the remake private until you resolve it.
- Prepare a phone-friendly source. Trim the authorised audio before upload. LALAL.AI accepts uploads up to 2 GB, while FineShare Singify accepts uploads up to 20 minutes and 30 MB. Use a copy so the original remains unchanged.
- Separate the musical roles. Upload the source to LALAL.AI and preview the vocal, instrumental, drum, bass, guitar, or piano results. Export only the parts you are allowed to process. Its free Starter plan provides previews, but full result downloads are unavailable; batch processing is on paid plans.
- Decide whether to preserve or rebuild the backing. For a close remake, work from the authorised instrumental stem. For a fresh arrangement, describe the musical target in InsMelo AI Beat Maker, for example: “mid-tempo electronic pop, 100 BPM, reflective verse, larger chorus, four-bar intro.” Treat this as a new beat brief rather than evidence that the service reproduces a specific copyrighted recording. The Free plan lists 3.9 credits; advanced remix features are reserved for paid plans.
- Choose a consented vocal workflow. In FineShare Singify, select a model or train a custom voice only from an authorised recording, then use pitch and key controls to fit the melody. Do not present an unconsented person’s converted vocal as that person.
- Keep the remake musically coherent. Match the vocal key to the backing, check entrances against the preserved melody, and listen for artefacts at consonants, sustained notes, and harmony changes. If you use duet or chorus modes in FineShare Singify, confirm that every voice source is authorised.
- Assemble and export. Combine the new vocal and backing in the editor you already use, then export the format your destination accepts. Open the linked service in your phone browser, keep uploads within its stated limit, and download the result only after checking the licence. Solmi’s entry does not establish its subscription prices or exact export formats, so verify those details before paying.
