To create a hip-hop beat with AI on a Xiaomi, Redmi or POCO phone, start with a text prompt that specifies drums, bass, tempo, swing and arrangement, then export stems or MIDI for cleanup. Beat Shaper, Soundverse AI Beat Maker and InsMelo AI Beat Maker are the most direct beat-first choices; Suno and Eleven Music are better when you also want a complete vocal song.

Write A Hip-Hop Beat Prompt
Build the prompt around the parts you will actually edit. Use a short, descriptive brief instead of asking for a vague “cool beat.” Keep the same musical direction when you regenerate so only one variable changes at a time.

- Drums: Ask for a punchy kick, a clear snare backbeat, closed hi-hats and occasional syncopated fills.
- Low end: Request a sub bass or 808-style bassline with space for the kick.
- Feel: Specify a laid-back, swung or tightly quantized groove and set a BPM in a tool that exposes BPM control.
- Arrangement: Name an intro, 16-bar verse, 8-bar hook, short breakdown and outro.
- Sound: Describe the mood and texture, such as dusty samples, dark synths or bright keys, without naming a living artist.
Example prompt: “Instrumental hip-hop beat, 90 BPM, punchy kick and snare, swung hi-hats, deep sub bass, sparse dusty piano, 4-bar intro, 16-bar verse, 8-bar hook, short breakdown, clean ending.” Treat the BPM, genre and structure as creative instructions; each service may interpret them differently, so check its own controls and output.
Build The First Beat On Your Xiaomi Phone
- Open the tool in Chrome or its Android app. Sign in only if the service requires it. Soundverse AI Beat Maker and Suno list Android access; Beat Shaper runs in a browser.
- Paste the prompt. In InsMelo AI Beat Maker, also set genre, BPM, mood and structure where those controls are available. In Beat Shaper, use the genre, mood, energy and syncopation controls to push the groove toward your target.
- Generate several variations. Keep the arrangement request the same, then change one detail such as “busier hi-hats,” “simpler bass” or “more syncopation.” Save the version with the cleanest kick-and-bass relationship.
- Check the beat at phone volume and headphones. Listen for a snare that cuts through, bass that does not mask the kick, and an intro that leaves room for a vocal.
- Extend or edit the arrangement. Use Beat Shaper’s piano roll, InsMelo’s extension and track-separation features, or Soundverse’s browser multitrack studio to remove crowded sections and create contrast between verse and hook.
Export Stems And Finish The Groove
- Choose editable output. Select MIDI when you want to replace drum sounds or change notes; select separated stems when you want independent drums, bass and music; use WAV for a full-quality mix.
- Move files to a mobile editor or DAW. Use the Android Files app or a cloud folder, then import the kick, snare, bass and music separately. Keep the original generated file as a backup.
- Make three focused edits. Lower or shorten bass notes that overlap the kick, remove a fill before the hook if it sounds busy, and leave a short drop before the hook for impact.
- Render a phone check. Export a draft, listen on the phone speaker and headphones, and compare the low end at quiet volume. If the bass disappears, revise the bass stem rather than simply turning up the master.
When You Want Vocals
Use Suno when the goal is a complete rap-oriented song with lyrics and vocals, or Eleven Music when you need section editing, inpainting, genre transitions and stems. Ask for an instrumental version first if you want to write your own verses, then generate or edit the hook separately when the service supports that workflow.

Check consent and the service terms before uploading a voice reference, cloning a voice, using a cover-like prompt or releasing a track. Suno’s Free Plan has no commercial rights, Eleven Music’s free plan is personal use, and other commercial permissions depend on the plan stated by the provider.

Save the prompt, plan name and download date with each beat. If a platform does not clearly state a right or export option, check the vendor’s current terms before publishing.
