What Volntir is

Volntir is a web-based volunteer and event management service for nonprofits, clubs, groups, and event organizers. It combines digital waivers, event sharing, participant check-ins, shift signups, and volunteer-hour records. Organizations can build liability waivers in a rich text editor for participants to sign on any device. Each event gets a shareable link and an automatically created QR code; managers can check waiver completion and check in attendees. Volunteers can choose shifts, join waitlists, and sign up family members. They can also clock in and out or enter past hours for administrators to review and approve. The Free plan is free and includes unlimited organizations, events, and signed waivers, with core features free. Volntir is in beta, and its terms say features, availability, and pricing may change. The maker says it does not sell personal information and uses essential authentication and session cookies without tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. Volntir does not verify or certify hour entries as official documentation.
