Knowledge-transfer tasks can be assigned to the departing employee and successor, with deadlines and an audit trail. Exit surveys start automatically and can be configured as anonymous or non-anonymous. The service generates a departure document package that includes a reference-letter template, final-payslip confirmation, benefits-termination notice, and nondisclosure reminder. Its API can connect to identity-management systems that support automated deprovisioning, though the actual access removal happens in those systems. Treegarden lists integrations across recruiting, calendar, messaging, and other services. Plans require annual commitments.
