What Tractian CMMS is

Tractian CMMS is maintenance software for planning, scheduling, and managing routines in a centralized system. Tractian sensors monitor assets continuously and can trigger preventive work from asset condition instead of calendar timing alone. The platform connects with existing maintenance programs, adding real-time sensor data, automatic work orders, and failure detection. Users can register unlimited assets, retain unlimited CMMS data and history, and attach unlimited images, PDFs, and videos to assets, service orders, and plans. Configurable permissions align access with maintenance responsibilities. Tractian supports work orders, inspection checklists, asset management, and vendor management. It runs in desktop browsers and on iOS and Android phones and tablets. Integrations include APIs, SAP and TOTVS ERP connections, and a native read-only SQL connector. Standard costs $60 a month billed annually, starting at five users; Enterprise costs $100 a month billed annually.
