Summer Camp Portal

What Summer Camp Portal is

Summer Camp Portal is a web platform for summer camps and affiliate-based volunteer organizations. Camps can publish sessions, set capacity, collect applications, and handle registrations with forms and payment processing. Parents receive dashboards for registrations and camper details. Volunteers apply online; affiliates review and approve them, after which approved volunteers receive dashboards. Central administrators can view all affiliates, while affiliate staff see only their own data. Cabin templates support manual or automatic assignments by age, gender policy, and sibling groups. Custom forms can collect health information, media consent, and emergency contacts during registration. Reports cover registrations, finances, donations, and volunteers at organization and affiliate levels, including IRS 990 export. Role-based access covers administrators, registrars, volunteer managers, parents, and volunteers. The site describes audit logs, an admin-reviewed data deletion workflow, and Google SSO. Summer Camp Portal is coming soon and is onboarding a small group before wider availability. Managed hosting pricing is available by contacting the vendor.
